武漢東西湖海口片城市設計專案位於東西湖區東西向和南北向發展軸的交匯處,南接中心城區,東臨金銀湖,是展示城市風貌與引領產業發展的重要門戶節點。

The project is located at the intersection of the north-south and east-west development axis of Wuhan Dongxihu District。 With the central city district in the south and Jinyin Lake in the east, it is an important gateway node to reinforce this urban context and lead the industrial development。

基地周邊環繞金銀湖國家溼地公園、張畢湖公園等多個城市公園與水系,生態環境優越。同時,周邊以吳家山新城中心、網安基地、金銀湖副中心為主的總部格局已初步形成。設計考慮完善藍綠網路,將自然引入基地,並考慮海口片在未來空間發展上與周邊地標的合理銜接,計劃打造以研發產業為主導,功能複合的綠色科技灣。

The site is surrounded by multiple parks and water systems such as Jinyin Lake National Wetland Park and Zhangbi Lake Park, thus benefitting from a superior ecological environment。 At the same time, a headquarter zone has started to take shape, in particular with Wujiashan New Town Center, Cybersecurity base and Jinyinhu sub-center。 The design aims to improve the blue-green network, introduce nature into the site。 It also considers the rational connection between Haikou area and surrounding landmarks in the future space development, so as to create a multi-functional green science and technology bay led by R&D industry。

規劃形成“兩核驅動,一帶串聯,雙廊滲透,多片協同”的結構。依靠地鐵站點與上蓋公園,形成2個主要TOD商務核心,金銀湖TOD與海口三路TOD,由金山大道林蔭綠帶串聯2個核心。2條主要南北向慢行綠廊引導城市功能向周邊組團滲透,多條次級綠廊形成區域綠網串聯多個不同的城市功能組團。

The planning forms a structure of “two core drive, one belt in series, double corridor penetration, and multi-piece coordination”。 Relying on the subway station and the park, two main TOD business cores are formed, and two cores are connected by the green belt of Jinshan Avenue。 Two main north-south slow greenways guide the infiltration of urban functions into surrounding groups, and several secondary greenways form a regional green network connecting multiple different urban function groups。

區別於普通的上蓋開發,為了更好地打造完整的藍綠網路,營造綠色生活空間,設計考慮將金銀湖車場定位為上蓋公園。結合上蓋公園綠心進行TOD開發,無縫聯絡TOD區域與城市公園,沿軌道站點和上蓋綠心集中佈局總部辦公,更好地集聚城市人氣與活力。

Different from common slab developments, the design positions the Jinyin Lake depot as a slab park, in order to create a complete blue and green network and set up a green living space。 TOD development is carried out in combination with the slab park, seamlessly connecting TOD area and urban park, and centralizing headquarter offices along the subway stations and the slab park, hence concentrating the activity and vitality of the city。

主要慢行軸線以串聯TOD區域、上蓋公園以及周邊城市公園為基本骨架,同時設計考慮在組團的路口,為城市留出開敞空間,這裡是鄰里的社交場所,也是公共活動的場所。慢行系統也將這些街角的活力空間串聯在一起,並在沿路綠化上延續次級的景觀慢行系統,打造一個慢行友好的城市活力片區。

The main slow walking axis is based on the tandem TOD area, the depot park and the surrounding urban park, while the design considers leaving open space for the city at the intersection of the industry groups。 Here will be a social place for the neighborhood and a place for public activities。 The slow walking system also connects the dynamic spaces of these street corners, and continues the secondary landscape slow walking system on the green space along the road, creating a walking friendly urban vitality area。

上蓋公園設計中,採用步移景異的概念,設計多種廊橋,織補被道路割裂的南北地塊,同時串聯東西向TOD節點。利用橋下線型空間,創造城市慢行系統與橋下活動空間,保留橋下生態窪地溝通竹葉海與金銀湖水系,建立空中活動連廊聯絡張公堤綠道與專案場地。公園設定運動公園、雲頂花園、軌道觀察窗等趣味功能空間,為片區提供多樣的活動空間。

In the design of the slab park, the concept of step-by-step scenery is adopted, and a variety of covered bridges are designed to weave and repair the north-south plots separated by the road, and at the same time connect the east-west TOD nodes。 Use the linear space under the bridge to create the urban slow-moving system and activity space under the bridge。 The ecological depression under the bridge is reserved to connect zhuyehai and Jinyin Lake water systems, and the aerial corridor is created to connect Zhanggongdi greenway and the project site。 The park is equipped with fun functional spaces such as sports park, Genting Garden, and track observation windows, providing a variety of activity spaces for the precinct。
