Leadership：
1、Represent Tourism Fiji in a professional manner in all dealings with the tourism industry， government， media and Tourism Fiji team。 This includes representing TF at events， functions and engagements with media as well as industry partners and stakeholders
2、Champion the public relations strategy for Tourism Fiji in Greater China and support The TF team with organising events and involvement in campaign planning to maximise PR opportunities
Strategic Planning and Management：
1、Develop， implement and monitor annual communications/ PR plans to maximise the exposure of destination Fiji in Greater China
2、Working with the Regional Manager， create innovative PR strategies which support Tourism Fiji Greater China’s overall marketing objectives for reaching both consumer and trade media
3、Ensure all PR activities have a clearly-stated and measurable ROI and are accurately measured to ensure best return for investment
4、On a regular basis， engage with Greater China team to support planning of campaigns， events and initiatives
5、Maintain intelligence on best practices in Destination and Travel PR with a focus on Fiji’s competitive set
6、Provide detailed monthly reporting on all PR activities including PR exposure value， content development， media pitching and activations
7、Assist Trade Partnerships Manager with planning and execution of trade events including Roadshows to maximise the PR value of these events
Media Engagement：
1、Maintain ongoing personal relationships with senior press contacts in Greater China in order to generate maximum media coverage in consumer and trade media
2、Work with Fiji suppliers to identify key Fiji messaging/experiences for Greater China
3、Proactively pitch Fiji content and story ideas to consumer and trade media
4、Work with suppliers and HO team to plan and escort （as required） individual and group media visits to Fiji each year
5、Vet all reactive media requests to determine appropriate support by TF
6、Arrange interviews with TF executives as required
7、Develop and keep up-to-date an online media kit for use by Greater China media
Communications and
Content Development：
1、In conjunction with the Social Media Manger， develop an on-going content strategy plan and maintain a suite of written and visual content for broad dissemination to media and other communication partners
2、Work with TF Greater China team to deliver as-required messaging/communications for consumer and trade activities
3、Assist Marketing Manager in preparing monthly Consumer e-communication， ensuring content is suitable for the Greater China consumer and in line with brand messaging in market
4、Assist Trade Partnerships Manager in monthly Trade e-communications to travel agents and retailers
崗位要求
A Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Communications， Public Relations， Journalism， Tourism， Marketing or any other relevant field。
Experience：
1、Ideally at least 4 years of experience in a similar role with proven experience in communications， public relations， journalism or editorial roles etc。

1、Strong writing， editing， reviewing， layout and design
2、Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
3、Being resourceful and innovative with an inquisitive mind and a ‘go better’ personality

7、Self-starter with initiative， passion and enthusiasm for tourism in Fiji

11、Demonstrated ability to develop and implement project plans， set goals and analyse outcomes
12、Able to write accurate activity reports
13、Ability to manage conflicting priorities
14、Competency in Microsoft office suite （Word， Excel， Access， Power Point， etc。）
