專案概念
打造一個全齡可以參與的互動性社交廣場
在設計中提出了一個疑問：
“如何以新的規劃設計理念，打破人群對於社群品質的慣性思維？”
定位打造全齡可參與的互動社交廣場，給每一位到來者更深刻的生活體驗。
為此在設計策略中提煉三個亮點：

IP形象突出
——一個有樹屋的售樓處
二、
家庭互動參與
——一個可以拍照互動的家庭娛樂空間
三、
高顏值社交場所
——一個舒適的林下洽談空間
A question was raised in the design： “How to break the inertial thinking of the community on the quality of the community with a new planning and design concept？” Positioning to create an interactive social square where all ages can participate， giving each arrival a deeper life experience。 To this end， three highlights were refined in the design strategy： First， the IP image is outstanding-a sales office with a tree house， second， family interaction and participation-a family entertainment space that can take pictures and interaction。 Third， high-value social places- A comfortable under-forest negotiation space to build a social square for all ages。
在整體空間功能使用下劃分了三個主要空間屬性結合三個提升亮點共同打造全領社交廣場，從西向東依次是轉角廣場入口空間，中間是主題IP展示互動空間，右側是舒適的林下洽談空間。
Under the use of the overall space function， three main space attributes are combined with three enhancement highlights to create an all-round social square。 From the west to the east， the entrance space of the corner square is in the middle。 Negotiation space。

設計內容
轉角入口空間
入口處設定標識性水景湧泉，水中放置主題LOGO，提升空間匯聚性和主題感，兩側的叢生植物高聳挺拔，在空中形成圍合之勢。
An iconic waterscape spring is set at the entrance， and a theme LOGO is placed in the water to enhance the spatial convergence and theme。 The bushes on both sides are tall and tall， forming a tendency to enclose in the air。

弧形切面的流動湧泉，將在這裡開啟一個新的篇章。
The flowing spring of curved section will open a new chapter here。

兩側錯落的種植池猶如跳躍的盒子，從室內串聯到室外，活躍著空間的氛圍。
The planting ponds scattered on both sides are like jumping boxes， cascading from the interior to the exterior， enlivening the atmosphere of the space。

主題IP展示互動空間
順著鋪裝的指引一直向前，不遠處就可以看到承載未來社群精神載體的樹屋，木質的搭配與建築的紅磚遙相呼應，彰顯著質樸親人的特質，開敞的活動空間，錯落的高差，豐富的設施佈置，猶如一下把你帶回了童年的樂園。
Follow the guidance of the pavement and move forward， not far away you can see the tree house carrying the spiritual carrier of the future community。 The height difference and rich facilities are like bringing you back to your childhood paradise。

穿過熱鬧的街區之後，更想為心靈尋求一片寂靜之地，此處的林下洽談空間更適合放鬆休憩。
After passing through the lively neighborhood， I want to find a quiet place for my soul。 The underwood negotiation space here is more suitable for relaxation。

跳色的曲線鋪裝猶如海河的波浪，靈動的串聯著整個空間。

穿過林下空間，木質的互動裝置跳躍在眼前，根據兒童不同年齡段設計的遊樂設施，將場地和功能完美結合。

鋪裝/座椅
在鋪裝的細節把控中，增加了精英文化教育的導向，接在呼應我們的主題以文化教育為主。
