好吧，很簡單的區分；

1. also

較正式，用於肯定句中。位置在句子中間，通常靠近動詞。如：

He is smart， and he is also a diligent employee。

他很聰明，也是個勤奮的員工。

She works very hard but she also goes to the gym every week。

她工作很拼，但也每週去健身房健身。

I‘ve been working in the garden this week， and I’ve also been reading a lot。

這星期我一直鼓搗我的花園，也讀了很多書。

2. too

多用於口語，用於肯定句中。通常置於句末，前邊須用逗號隔開；也可用於句中，且前後都要用逗號隔開。如：

He comes from USA， too。

他也是美國人。

He， too， comes from USA。

試比較：

He also comes from USA。

“I‘m hungry。” 我餓了

“Me too。” 我也餓了

（只能用too哦！）

3. as well

是副詞短語，多用於口語，只用於句末。如：

I’m going to watch the football match。 Are you going too/as well？

我要看足球賽。你也看嗎？

I‘ve finished reading the book， and she has too/as well。

我看完了這本書，她也看完了。

I bought one too/as well。

我也買了一個。

在句末too/as well通常可以互換

所以also/too/as well區別關鍵在，用在不用的語境中，和句子中位置不同！

4. either

用於否定句中，常置於句末。

I can’t play Pingpong， and I can‘t play Badminton either。

我不會打乒乓球，也不會打羽毛球。

Mike can’t drive a car。 He can‘t ride a bicycle either。

邁克不會開車。他也不會騎腳踏車。
